Oil Painting on Artist's Palette/Payment 2

This wooden artist's palette was sourced in France. It measures 19¼ long and 14" long.  It has the traditional oval shape with a thumb hole on the left side. It showcases an elegant floral painting of tulips, roses, and other blossoms in red, pink, yellow, and white, with green stems and leaves. The asymmetrical arrangement on the right side enhances the natural beauty of the wood grain. It is signed in the lower right corner C.Salin and dated 1899. There is a small loss of wood on the back side as shown in photos.
